For 16 years, DEO has been designing and delivering residential, commercial and hospitality spaces across different cities and countries.
Our experience includes villas, residences, offices, restaurants, cafés, hotels, chalets, vineyard houses, olive oil production facilities, beauty centres, dental clinics and show apartments for large-scale residential developments.

Ece Halis
Interior Architect | Design Manager Responsible for managing the design process from concept through to implementation. The role includes developing interior design concepts, selecting materials and colour palettes, developing technical details, and coordinating the design team. Oversees every stage of the process, ensuring design consistency, functionality, and alignment with the overall project concept.
Dilek Ozyer
Accounting Executive | Finance & Administration Responsible for supporting the financial processes of the company and its projects. The role includes monitoring project budgets, tracking income and expenses, coordinating invoicing and payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Provides support to the management team in financial planning and day-to-day financial operations, contributing to the organised and controlled management of both company and project finances.
Okan Aktas
Architect | Project Manager Responsible for managing the on-site and construction phases of projects. The role includes overseeing site operations, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, monitoring project progress and implementation, and ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with the approved designs and technical specifications. Coordinates between the design team, suppliers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered to the required standards and within the planned schedule.
Buket Çelenk
Engineer | Senior Engineer Responsible for overseeing the technical and engineering aspects of projects from design development through to implementation. The role includes reviewing technical requirements, coordinating engineering details, supporting site teams, and ensuring that works comply with project specifications and required standards. Works closely with architects, designers, contractors and project teams to develop practical engineering solutions and support the smooth delivery of projects.
Kerem Gültepe
Interior Architect | Site Architect Responsible for architectural coordination and supervision during the on-site implementation of projects. The role includes overseeing the execution of architectural drawings and design details, coordinating with site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring that construction works are carried out in accordance with the approved design, technical specifications and quality standards.
Gizem Esim
Interior Architect | Design Architect Responsible for developing interior design projects from concept to detailed implementation. The role includes preparing 2D technical drawings and 3D visualisations, developing space plans and layouts, selecting materials and finishes, and preparing detailed implementation drawings. Works closely with the design and project teams to ensure that design concepts are accurately translated into functional, detailed and buildable spaces.
